FAQ

Straight answers.

What does it cost?

Every engagement starts with the paid Growth Assessment: $1,500, credited toward a build if you start within 30 days. The Booked-Jobs System is $5,000 to $10,000 depending on scope, set in a written proposal. The Managed Growth System is $7,500 setup plus $2,000 a month, with a 3-month minimum.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Payments are non-refundable. Instead, your assessment fee is credited toward your build if you start within 30 days, we set a go-live date at kickoff, and on the managed plan we agree a target with you from your own numbers. The exact terms are written into your proposal.

Is this AI?

Yes. The answering and follow-up agents are AI, set up and watched by us. AI is how we do it. Booked jobs are what we sell.

How is this different from a chatbot?

A chatbot waits for questions. Our system works one business process end to end: it answers, follows up, books and reports, on a schedule, with a person reviewing what matters.

How long does setup take?

The assessment report is delivered within 5 business days. Build timelines are set in your proposal with a go-live date.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

The managed plan has a 3-month minimum, then runs month to month.

Will it work with my calendar and phone?

Call answering books on your calendar and works with call forwarding from your number. Supported calendars are confirmed on your walkthrough.

What trades do you work with?

Roofing, storm and water restoration, foundation and waterproofing, septic, plumbing, HVAC and electrical, plus chimney, garage floor coatings and hardscapes.

Where are you located?

We are based in Kansas City and work with owners by phone and video.

Do you have case studies?

Our first ones are in progress. We only publish numbers our clients approve.

What do I own when you are done?

Your booking page, copy and lead data are yours. Transfer terms for anything else are written into your proposal.

What if I cancel the managed plan?

After the 3-month minimum it runs month to month. If you leave, your page, copy and lead data stay yours.

Can my office manager run it after the build?

Yes. That is what the Booked-Jobs System is for. After 30 days of tuning, we hold a review call and you decide: run it yourself or move to managed.

What happens when the AI tools change?

On the managed plan, that is our problem. We keep it working and tell you in your summary when something changed. On a build you run yourself, we tell you what to watch for.

Why should I pay for an assessment?

Because it shows you where the jobs slip before you spend $5,000 to fix it. You keep the report either way, and the fee is credited toward your build if you start within 30 days.

What makes a build $5,000 versus $10,000?

How many channels, calendars and follow-up paths it covers. The exact price is in your written proposal before you commit.
