Refund policy

No money back

All payments are non-refundable. This includes the Growth Assessment ($1,500), deposits, setup fees and monthly fees.

Credit instead

The full $1,500 Growth Assessment fee is credited toward the price of any Booked-Jobs System or the setup of a Managed Growth System. It has no cash value, cannot be applied to monthly fees, and cannot be transferred. You keep the report either way.

Cancelling

The Managed Growth System has a 3-month minimum from the go-live date, then runs month to month. To cancel after the minimum, give 30 days' written notice by email to john@bluraisolutions.com. Service and billing continue through the notice period. Fees already paid are not refunded.

If we do not deliver

If we do not deliver something that your signed proposal or these terms promise, tell us at john@bluraisolutions.com and we will deliver it. Delays caused by missing access, late approvals, changes you request, third-party providers or carrier registration move the go-live date.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first. If a payment is reversed through a dispute, we may pause the work and the agents it paid for.
