You already have a roofing CRM. It holds your contacts, your jobs and your estimates. It does not pick up the phone at 9pm. It does not answer the Sunday form, and it does not check back on the estimate that went quiet.
That work is what we build. We do not sell you a new CRM. We log in and run it inside the tools you already use. You run the jobs. We stop the phone and the web from leaking them.

The leak is not in your CRM. It is around it.
Roofing jobs rarely slip because the software is wrong. They slip in the gap between a homeowner reaching out and somebody answering.
- 9pm. A homeowner with a leak calls. Voicemail. They call the next company.
- Sunday. Someone fills out your form. Nobody replies until Tuesday.
- The quote. You give an estimate. They go quiet. Nobody checks back.
None of these is a traffic problem. They are follow-up problems, and they are fixable. Your CRM can store every one of those leads. Getting each one a fast answer takes steps that somebody builds and keeps an eye on.
What roofing CRM automation means here
It is not another dashboard. It is one business process, built end to end: answering, follow-up and reporting, with a person reviewing what matters.
The answering and follow-up agents are AI, set up and watched by us. AI is how we do it. Booked jobs are what we sell.
Your CRM stays where your office keeps customer records. We do not move you off it. We work inside your existing account, and all we need is your login.
Your roofing job, stage by stage
Here is each stage of a typical roofing lead: what can leak, what the build covers, and what always waits for a person.
| Stage | What can leak | What the build covers | What always waits for a person |
|---|---|---|---|
| Storm or leak call after hours | Voicemail. They call the next company. | After-hours call answering connected, with alerts to you or whoever runs the schedule | Changing your hours or service area |
| Web form on the weekend | No reply until Tuesday | Fast follow-up on new web leads, with a path to a booked time | Nothing routine |
| Homeowner picks a time | Not sure they are on the schedule | A booking page in your brand, with booking confirmation | Changing your calendar rules |
| Estimate sent, then quiet | Nobody checks back | Follow-up after the estimate, so quiet quotes get a second look | Changing a price, quote or estimate. Offering a discount, refund or credit. |
| Job finished (managed plan) | No review asked for | Review requests | Nothing routine |
| Past customers (managed plan) | Inspection and seasonal work never offered | Past-customer reactivation: maintenance, inspections and seasonal work | Sending a message to a customer list for the first time |
| Customer records in your CRM | Changes nobody approved | We log in and work inside your existing account | Deleting or overwriting customer records |
Nothing in the last column happens without a person saying yes. On the managed plan, everything else shows up in your weekly summary.
What we build around your CRM
In the Booked-Jobs System
The Booked-Jobs System covers everything between the first call and the booked visit:
- A booking page in your brand around your best first step: free inspection, photo quote or a booked visit.
- Booking confirmation, so the homeowner knows they are on the schedule.
- Fast follow-up on new web leads.
- Follow-up after the estimate, so quiet quotes get a second look.
- After-hours call answering connected.
- Alerts to you or whoever runs the schedule.
- 30 days of tuning after go-live.
Added on the Managed Growth System
The Managed Growth System includes all of that. On top, you get past-customer reactivation, review requests, monthly tuning and a monthly call with John. Every week, a short summary tells you what came in, what got booked and what needs you.
What it never does without your yes
Your CRM holds your estimates and your customer history. Some actions always wait for a person:
- Sending a message to a customer list for the first time.
- Changing a price, quote or estimate.
- Offering a discount, refund or credit.
- Deleting or overwriting customer records.
- Changing your calendar rules, hours or service area.
Which tools we work inside
You do not have to switch anything. We manage the work inside your existing account on Constant Contact, AWeber, MailerLite, Klaviyo and other major CRM and email platforms. That includes industry-specific dashboards built for a trade like roofing or flooring on top of base CRM and email tools.
Hand us your login and we take it from there. If a build will not pay for itself in your setup, John will tell you on the walkthrough.
How it starts: assess, build, manage
Every engagement starts with the assessment, so you see the leak before you pay to fix it. You can stop after any step. Here is how the engagement works.
Growth Assessment, $1,500
In the Growth Assessment, we run test calls, texts and form fills after hours and on a weekend, each one dated and timed. Within 5 business days you get a 2 to 4 page report with fixes ranked by how fast they book jobs. Then John leads a 60-minute walkthrough with you. The fee is credited toward your build if you start within 30 days: the full $1,500 on a build of $6,000 or more or the Managed Growth System, $1,250 on a $5,000 build.
Booked-Jobs System, $5,000 to $10,000
Where your build lands in that range depends on how many channels and follow-up paths it covers. You see the exact price in a written proposal before you commit. We set a go-live date at kickoff. After 30 days of tuning, we hold a review call and you decide: run it yourself or move to managed.
Managed Growth System, $7,500 setup plus $2,000 a month
We watch it, catch what fails, fix it and tell you what happened in plain words. You get a summary every week, plus a written report and a call with John every month. There is a 3-month minimum from go-live. After that it runs month to month with 30 days' notice.
Payments are non-refundable. Your booking page, copy and lead data are yours.
Who builds it
I'm John. I run every assessment, every walkthrough and every build myself. No handoff to a junior team. If a build will not pay for itself, I will tell you on the call.

Roofing CRM automation FAQ
Do I have to switch to a new roofing CRM? No. We do not sell a CRM. We log in and run it inside the tools you already use: Constant Contact, AWeber, MailerLite, Klaviyo and other major CRM and email platforms, plus industry dashboards built for roofing on top of those tools. All we need is your login.
What does roofing CRM automation actually do? It covers the steps between the first call and the booked visit. The build includes after-hours call answering, fast follow-up on new web leads, follow-up after the estimate so quiet quotes get a second look, and alerts to you or whoever runs the schedule. The managed plan adds past-customer reactivation and review requests.
Will the automation change my records or prices on its own? No. Some actions always wait for a person to say yes: changing a price, quote or estimate, offering a discount, refund or credit, deleting or overwriting customer records, changing calendar rules, hours or service area, and messaging a customer list for the first time. Routine answering and follow-up are what we build, tune and report on.
What does it cost? Every engagement starts with the $1,500 Growth Assessment, credited toward a build if you start within 30 days: the full $1,500 on a build of $6,000 or more or the Managed Growth System, $1,250 on a $5,000 build. The Booked-Jobs System is $5,000 to $10,000 depending on how many channels and follow-up paths it covers. The Managed Growth System is $7,500 setup plus $2,000 a month, with a 3-month minimum. Payments are non-refundable.
Can my office manager run it after the build? Yes. That is what the Booked-Jobs System is for. After go-live we tune it for 30 days, then hold a review call. You decide: your office runs it, or you move to the managed plan and we watch it, fix what fails and send you a weekly summary.
